Currently, I serve as the CEO of SJR Group, a dynamic and diversified enterprise that delivers high-quality products and services across multiple industries. At SJR Group, we take pride in our expertise in maritime services, smart home solutions, honey production and export, and equestrian training & stable management. Our commitment to excellence, sustainability, and innovation ensures that we remain at the forefront of these industries, continuously evolving to meet the needs of our clients and partners. My professional journey in the maritime industry began in 2015, when I joined Abu Dhabi Ports as an Administrative Assistant. Through dedication, perseverance, and a strong results-driven approach, I quickly progressed in my career, becoming a Maritime Services Coordinator This role marked a significant milestone, as I became the first Emirati woman to hold such a position. In 2017, I further solidified my expertise by achieving the prestigious title of Tug Captain, leading key maritime operations. In this role, I focused on enhancing operational efficiency, safety measures, and compliance with international maritime standards. My leadership in this capacity not only contributed to the success of maritime operations but also paved the way for future generations of Emirati women in the industry. Through SJR Group, I continue to drive growth, sustainability, and excellence across various industries. My goal is to create a lasting impact by fostering a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and forward-thinking leadership within the maritime sector and beyond. By championing new opportunities and embracing change, I strive to inspire others to break barriers and contribute to the future of maritime and business leadership on a global scale.
