Head of BUHR for J&J Medical China ETHICON Group commercial team and Enabling functions ( 2500+ employees); in charge of the overall people strategy design and implementation. Acting as China MedTech BUHR Head for 1+ year.

BUHR for ETHICON commercial team, led a team of 2 BUHR. Supported and enabled strong business growth, including talent capability building, 2nd tier geo expansion etc. Led APAC MD regional talent initiatives.

Lead overall Microsoft Sales and Marketing Group University Graduate Program ( MACH, Microsoft Academy of College Hire) in GCR and also a special MBA rotation program ( MACH MCE program). MACH MCE program is an 18 month rotation program targeted MBA fresh graduate, who will have the 18 months rotation across GCR SMSG, Corporate and Microsoft Internal Offices, which is one key initiative for Microsoft China SMSG talent management sponsored by Corporate and pilot in China, act as HRBP for the employees in the MCE rotation program.

TA Lead for Microsoft China Customer Support and Service Group Manage the delivery of all strategic staffing planning and hiring activity for the Microsoft Customer Service and Support, Asia Pacific & Greater China Region (APGC CSS) , including managing 4 staffing team members, owning hiring targets and Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI’s), and performing hands on recruitment for senior positions. Over achieved the hiring target for FY11 H1 by ~40% within 6 months ramp up time and built up a new recruiter’s team;

Lead a virtual team of 4 recruiters for overall McKinsey Greater China Office (Beijing, Shanghai, Taipei, and Hong Kong) recruiting efforts, including campus and experienced recruiting from both international and local sources. Work closely with Recruiting Partner to develop and implement overall recruiting strategy while manage overall recruiting process.
