-Supporting the further implementation of Zero Defect Initiative to drive continuous improvement with Operational Excellence and Lean Transformation -Directly leading and managing digital operational improvement projects, implementing digital tools and mobile apps, ensuring projects achieve desired objectives, managing expectations and risks, and ensuring post-implementation benefits are realized -Finding, developing and implementing new opportunities in order to drive continuous improvement. -Working with plant leaders as necessary to create an action-biased culture of continuous improvement and accountability to improve KPI's, including customer satisfaction and productivity.-Utilizing problem solving techniques (8-D & RCA) to analyse, evaluate and permanently correct internal and external customer issues -Running continuous improvement activities such as workshops, Kaizens, SMED's and projects, using various methodologies, tools and systems: lean, pull manufacturing, total productive maintenance, waste reduction, Lean Leadership, 5S, Visual Management and various diagnostic tools, etc. -Monitors and supports KPIs for overall performance and process effectiveness within the plant.-Supports/coaches KPI owners in completion of gap analyses, identification and implementation of corrective actions, and assessment to ensure that gap is closed -KPI report preparation and sharing with top management -Acting as an internal consultant for sharing and implementation of operational excellence best practices primarily within the plant. -Mondi standards are implemented to Mondi Turkey plants(İzmit, Gebze,Bursa)

-Train and support relevant personnel in work methodologies, operating processes and tools -Make the necessary decisions to optimise results, in line with initial data -Define and Write the procedures -5S activities -Define the production line Layouts. -Create and validate the Time Seq. -Help to develop the process during the project phase and optimise it -Provide technical input for processes and workstations to make technical improvements -Propose innovative technical solutions concerning manufacturing processes in order to reach productivity, quality imp. and safety obj -Cost, carry out and validate the "in production" modifications for the plant process -Ensure compliance with workstation ergonomics rules -Use time analysis and SMED to optimise processes -Define the Production standards -Participate in and validate the writing of the Specifications for the Specific means on the site -Launch calls for tender and consultations for Capacity and Plant means -Create process adjustment sheets and associated documents -Conduct flow and layout studies -Conduct station and time studies (time usage rules) and draw up documentation in compliance with quality req. -Preparation&Revised of Headcount reduction file -Machine loads analysis and decision of mold transfering for machine load balance and transfer planning -Approve and add to elements transmitted -Coordinate the modification application conditions -Manage developments associated with productivity improvement -Participates costings of its scope of business -Propose to the Project team the industrial scenarios of the project and the expectations for project -Initiates VSM and ensure its support by the factory and realizes the transfer of the means on time -Responsible for preparation of FMEA and taking account of constraints in the Process design -Manager of Toyota Supplier Development Activity (TEAM Activity)
