I manage end-to-end sales and marketing processes in a company specialized in stainless steel and carbon steel equipment manufacturing and turnkey plant installations. I am responsible for planning and executing all commercial operations, including proposal preparation, cost analysis, contract management, customer relations, and project coordination. I also take an active role in improving market presence and global visibility through digital marketing and SEO activities, sales budgeting and target setting, team management, international client meetings, and trade fair organizations.

I was responsible for the preparation and management of proposal processes. I carried out technical and commercial analysis of customer requirements, cost estimation studies, comparison of supplier quotations, and development of competitive pricing strategies. I supported sales operations by preparing proposal documents, responding to technical inquiries, ensuring coordination between site and office teams, and actively contributing to planning processes from project initiation through to delivery.
