LifeSpark Coaching, in its earliest in carnation, came into existence in 2009. Since then it has been a labour of love, focus and dedication. LifeSpark's mission is simple: to enable Participation in Life and cultivate a culture of fitness. At LifeSpark we believe that fitness in an all-encompassing state that spans the emotions, as well as the physical. We should all have the fitness to participate in our lives in a meaningful way. My role at LifeSpark has also been all-encompassing, from the set-up and day to day operations, to group coaching & personal training. Possibly most importantly, I manage the direction of the business and oversee the business' development. As a growing an evolving business, this increasingly complex role, is both challenging and rewarding.

Life Coach, working exclusively with the CTI coaching model. I work with a wide range of clients who are looking to better understand themselves, their values and life purpose. From a place of greater awareness, they can then move their lives forward. I am currently moving through a 6 months certification process, have completed 100+ coach developments hours and 60+ hours of client coaching. I focus on identity and balance, helping my clients get 'unstuck' and grow from a place of great self-awareness.

Supporting role in the development of bespoke HR solutions; manual development, Role Profiling, performance appraisal and operation implementation for large local companies. Day to day administration and operational management of the Dubai HR Form.
