My career with GNC encompassed three different roles due to promotions. I began as the Assisted Living Director. I was later promoted to Executive Director and due to the successful operations including lowest employee turnover, highest net gain, highest improved census, 100% occupancy reached and resident and staff satisfaction, I was promoted to Regional Director of Operations in Texas. I have experience in new start ups and obtaining the full license from TDADS for the new AL communities. I also contributed to the marketing efforts and budget development.
