Asst Manager for a 4500 acre ranch including event planning for large groups (up to 125 persons), ie coordinating housing, interpretive classes, outreach programs and meals. Other duties included budgeting, purchasing, compliance with state regulations, scheduling/determining work duties and supervising personnel.

* Developed and maintained 15+ competitive events for 450 equestrian competitors annually. * Created and developed guidelines for organization with over 150 members * Utilized Microsoft applications including Quick Books to determine income and expenses resulting in customized reports * Communicated and administered functions to market and manage company events with up to 12 contractors, 65 participants, numerous volunteers and specialized logistics * Developed and maintained legal contracts, MOU's and insurance coverage * Prepared presentation materials and publications including web design, online sales and Adobe web applications.

Worked as a web designer contractor in 1999 developing a 450 page website for the Business Process Improvement department. Duties included all elements of the website, graphics and navigation to deployment. In 2003 I planned and executed Michael Dell events locally for overseas employees and guests. Managed the International Training Calendar of BPI classes worldwide.
