During three month period, I conducted two projects. First project was making sales analysis of specified retailer to measure the return and efficiency of investments and also to decide the amount of capital will be invested and in which retailers that the company should invest. My second project was about making more detailed consumer segmentation, reducing the mistakes causing from current segmentation, thus increasing the quality of the data gathered for consumer profiles. At the end of the projects, I made a presentation to my supervisor and department heads.

During my internship, I worked on time study project and I measured the process times of the specific machines. After determining cycle times, I measured the efficiencies. As a result of specification of bottlenecks, I suggest some solutions in order to optimize cyle times.
