With a master's degree in political science, I have a strong background in international relations, communication, analysis, and research. Previously, I worked as an Employer Branding Specialist and an HR Business Partner Assistant. There, I supported the attraction and retention of top tech talent, the growth and development of employees and teams, and the enhancement of the company culture, values, and mission. I also contributed to multiple projects and initiatives that involved collaboration with various stakeholders and departments, such as the Tech Talent Acquisition team and the Marketing team. I am fluent in Chinese, English, and German, and I have studied and worked in different countries and cultures. I am passionate about promoting diversity, inclusion, and innovation in the tech industry and beyond. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new challenges.
