• Considering the company's growth plan for the next 5 years, dimension the team that will support this growth as well as OPEX for Project Execution Unit. • Support BD Unit during projects feasibility studies in Renewable Energy in Brazil, estimating technical and executive characteristics, CAPEX and Executive Schedule to ensure the energization on time, as well the preparation of documentation for the company's Investment Committee when submitted for analysis and project's approval. • Support the Purchasing Unit over the negotiations and contract’s elaboration for services previously aligned through MoUs with Civil and Electromechanical companies, necessaries for the Project's design and construction, as well as negotiation and closing of final contracts after the IC’s approval. • Manage the Engineering, Construction and Commissioning activities of the projects ensuring their execution in accordance with the Technical Standards, Internal Requirements, and the company's Procedures, respecting the projects' CAPEX, Schedules and complying with the conditions of Safety, Environment, Quality and Sustainability. • Strong relationship with HSEQ Unit, since 2014 improving year by year all Index of Safety and Quality. • To help to publicize and make feasible the company's strategic growth plan, actively and effectively participating in energy auctions, public/social meetings, medias among others, thus contributing to the growth of the company and the competitiveness where we operate. • Knowledge about the Brazilian Electrical System, Governmental Regulatory and Grid Operator Agency, as well support the Regulatory Unit. • Interact with other areas of the company (e.g.: HR, Procurement, AFC, Legal, etc.) in situations that require it, consolidating the concept of Teamworking. • Strong relationship with O&M, during all Project phases, mainly during construction and commissioning phases and after the Hand Over.

Apoio à elaboração do cronograma geral do empreendimento; dimensionamento de equipes multidisciplinares da engenharia (Civil, Elétrica e Mecânica) para atendimento às necessidades de escopo e prazos do empreendimento; elaboração de cronogramas de emissão de documentos da Engenharia; participação ativa no desenvolvimento de atividades da engenharia de projeto, dando suporte, controlando e medindo resultados; alinhar interfaces, dar suporte técnico e atuar na mediação de conflitos garantindo o relacionamento com as demais áreas afins da empresa – equipes de campo, suprimentos, montagem e comissionamento; verificação em campo da correta execução do projeto; participação em reuniões técnicas e gerenciais com o cliente e sua engenharia do proprietário; participação em reuniões de apresentação de resultados gerenciais e técnicos à diretoria desta empresa
