As Project Manager Intern at Urban Atelier Group, I supported the development of a $300 million, 600 residential units located in Gowanus Canal, Brooklyn.The project was part of a redevelopment plan that encompass more than 70 blocks in the area.The second part of the internship was with the preconstruction team, where we estimated project that ranged between $50 million and $400 million Key Achievements :- - Supported integrated quality management process, evaluating related risks; coordinated with Project Manager, defining subcontractors activities and tracking RFIs and submittals - Assisted on the development of accurate estimated for bidding process. - Review drawings and specifications to advise value engineering approaches

As research fellow at Global Leaders in Construction Management, I support the research on robotics, particularly analyzing the readiness level of each technology and its effect on the industry. Key Achievements :- - Reviewed over 100 technologies from different companies and suppliers, classify and assigned their readiness level based on the TRL methodology.

-Guided between 80 - 100 prospective incoming students through applications, inquiries, and questions. -Supported accepted students with inquiries about programs, interacting with 25-50 prospective incoming students per day.

As a Construction Project Manager, I led multidisciplinary teams in infrastructure and commercial projects, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and seamless execution.My expertise spanned SPCC (Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure) planning, regulatory compliance, BIM coordination, and financial oversight for large-scale developments. Key Responsibilities & Achievements - Prepared winning bids for commercial, infrastructure, and government projects (5M–40M budgets). - Performed cost estimating, scheduling, and change orders for a 300+ unit mixed-use development (350,000 sqft), optimizing subcontractor relations and contract compliance. - Generated monthly financial reports (incurred/committed costs, forecasts) to track project profitability and mitigate budget risks. - BIM & Design Coordination: Collaborated with architects and engineers using BIM methodologies to integrate design and construction phases, reducing rework and delays.
