After being at CSM for one year, I have become a 200 hour RYT certified Yoga Instructor and received training for Pilates Mat and Reformer. I am working on becoming a Comprehensive Pilates Instructor through Balanced Body University. I am currently pursuing an AS in Kinesiology before continuing my education as a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
