Main responsibilities: Lead Human Resources, EHS and Facilities functions across Brazil, overseeing HR (Payroll, Benefits, Labor Relations, Training & Development), EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) and Facilities (maintenance and fleet) for branches and headquarters. Led Engeform, transforming it into a benchmark in people management and talent development, and built a high-performance team. Responsible for leading the HR department and defining strategies for all key processes, including talent attraction and recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, career planning, mentoring programs, internal communication, corporate events, organizational culture, and purpose. Managed the annual HR budget, leveraging metrics and KPIs to guide strategic decisions and sustainable growth.
