• Responsible for creating new account sales opportunities, as well as expanding existing business in current accounts and increasing product utilization working with medical and nursing leadership in acute care facilities • Productive member of a dynamic sales and marketing team introducing a new and advanced technology and standard of care in critical care patient management 
 • Plan and execute product training and clinician education programs to facilitate new technology installations in targeted Level 1 and Level 2 trauma centers and stroke centers across the territory

- Responsible for the initial setup of new partnerships with primary care and ENT offices throughout the country - Ensures the office staff, providers, and clinical allergy specialist are properly trained in the protocol of UAS - Responsible for on-boarding the clinical allergy specialist through an extensive two weeks of training to ensure they have confidence in the clinical processes - Ensures productivity is maximized and will continue long term - Develops and maintains strong relationships with clients to encourage continued communication when support is needed

- Responsible for the overall effectiveness of the immunotherapy processes to include the administration of quality allergy testing, and the formulation and preparation of the allergy medication - Ensure compliance by following up with the patient and ensuring all medication is picked up on a timely basis through the duration of their immunotherapy treatment - Ensure the patients complete all appropriate paperwork and that insurance eligibility is verified for each patient prior to test and immunotherapy as appropriate - Responsible for handling and submission of all billing documentation to the appropriate office - Develops and maintains effective, professional relationships with providers, medical office staff, Account Manager and UAS field team
