Lead the Visual Merchandising and Store Design teams whose mission is to deliver innovative visual merchandising strategies and store concepts that achieve sales and margin objectives. I also lead the "Story Telling Process" which is a cross-functional team made up of Marketing, Creative, Merchants and Visual that determines and executes the customer communication strategies for each season.

Re-located from Toronto to New York City to radically transform the customer store experience through visual merchandising. Built and lead the team to create a culture of visual merchandising accountability through training, effective tools and inspiring presentations that store teams would aspire to. Launched several major brand marketing campaigns which included everything from windows to pop-up shops.

Started as a seasonal sales associate and then participated in a work study management training program while attending college. Upon graduation I was promoted to Assistant Manager, from there I held numerous store management positions at stores with increasing volume and visibility. I managed 2 stores that achieved the highest sales increases year over year and successfully turned around one of the lowest performing, poorest engagement stores that was unionizing to become one of the most profitable with record employee and customer engagement scores while de-certifying the union. In 2002 I became head of Visual Merchandising for Canada and helped the country achieve record sales and a reputation for the most consistently well presented stores in the brand which got me promoted to relocated to NYC.
