As an Analyst in the HR-TA OPERATIONS department at BlackRock, I play a crucial role in supporting the Talent Acquisition process. My responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. I work closely with various stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates, to facilitate the recruitment process and maintain a high level of candidate experience. My key skills include communication, public speaking, and proficiency in Workday, Prelude, ServiceNow, etc. I am responsible for organizing and managing interview schedules, sending out offer letters, and following up on candidate statuses. Additionally, I contribute to the overall efficiency of HR operations by providing timely updates and maintaining accurate records. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with my team and other departments. Our department is an integral part of the Global TA Ops team, that ensures that BlackRock attracts and retains top talent.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Coordinate and recruit for 70+ positions during a high-volume recruitment cycle across the Northeast Division. • Maintain consistent and detailed communication with 10+ Hiring Managers on the status of open requisitions. • Provide accurate and up to date information to candidates on all open positions across 3 hospitals. • Source and screen graduate nurses pending the completion of a BSN program and procurement of licensure. • Schedule phone screens to properly vet and review relative experience of experienced RN’s before scheduling formal interviews with Hiring Managers. • Track candidate progress through the recruitment pipeline from first contact to start date. • Correspond with the On-boarder to ensure all hiring documents are accurate and sufficient before being processed. • Create offer documents for the On-boarder to begin the internal hiring process for transfer candidates. • Disposition all candidates according to interview assessments provided by the hiring manager. Ex.) Reject, Prepare Job Offer, Offer Accept, Offer Declined, etc. • Maintain meticulous notes and records for every candidate that is screened for a position in the Northeast Division. • Attend and represent the Northeast recruitment team at college fairs, hiring events, and super days.
