As an Operations Assistant, I play a pivotal role in the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination between global suppliers and our internal marketing teams. My focus is on maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency within our wholesale operations. Key Responsibilities: Product Development & Management: Oversee the lifecycle of various product ranges, from initial concept and technical specifications to final market readiness. Supplier Engagement: Manage and nurture relationships with international and local suppliers to ensure procurement alignment and product quality. Marketing & Merchandising Coordination: Synchronize operational data with marketing efforts to produce accurate, high-impact collateral and B2B catalogues. Creative Problem Solving: Identify and resolve logistical or developmental bottlenecks through innovative thinking and data-driven solutions. Strategic Communication: Act as a central point of contact for cross-functional departments, ensuring clear information flow regarding stock, regulatory compliance, and project timelines. Organization & Execution: Maintain rigorous organizational standards for technical documentation, sample testing, and project scheduling.
