I’ve spent 17+ years working in the corrugated and flexographic plate-making industry, and I now manage both studio operations and systems. I lead a high-performing team, making sure artwork and repro projects are delivered smoothly, efficiently, and to a high standard. I’m also big on improving the way we work, whether that’s bringing in new technology, building smarter digital workflows, or automating processes. A lot of my focus is on system integration and workflow optimisation to keep things running as efficiently as possible. Hands on with tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, ArtPro Classic, ArtPro+ and Esko Automation Engine. I combine strong technical knowledge with a practical, customer focused approach.
