• Cloned gene variants into GFP constructs. • Transiently tranfsfect GFP constructs into HeLa cells. • Carried out western blots and immunocytochemistry to determine which isoform was being expressed and how this altered subcellular localisation. • Presented results in lab meetings. • Summarised findings in a report at the end of the project.
