My focus is helping distinctive voices turn momentum into lasting businesses by creating opportunities that extend far beyond ticket sales alone.Over the last decade, I’ve helped develop talent from DIY venues and grassroots comedy rooms into theaters, national tours, major festivals, and large scale entertainment opportunities. I believe the best careers are built deliberately, with a clear vision, strong infrastructure, and a willingness to play the long game.My management philosophy is human first. Every artist has different goals, strengths, and definitions of success. Rather than forcing a one size fits all blueprint, I work collaboratively with talent to build strategies that align with who they are and where they want to go.My path began in 2014 through local open mics, independent promotion, and community building.
