I am a construction professional with experience managing multifamily renovation, reposition, and high-end interior projects from preconstruction through closeout. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with owners, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining a high standard of quality. In my current role as Project Manager at Centex Construction, I oversee multiple renovation and reposition projects ranging from unit turns to large-scale capital improvement programs. My responsibilities include project planning, budgeting, procurement, subcontractor management, schedule coordination, quality control, client communication, and project closeout. One of my most significant accomplishments was contributing to the successful rebuild of 67 flood-damaged units at Gables Post Oak. Working as part of the project team, we completed the restoration on schedule while finishing approximately $200,000 under budget. I have also helped manage more than five reposition projects ranging from $100,000 to over $2 million in value, while coordinating the turnover of hundreds of apartment units and consistently maintaining aggressive project schedules. My background combines hands-on construction knowledge with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, allowing me to approach projects from both an operational and financial perspective. I understand the importance of controlling costs, managing risk, and maintaining strong client relationships while driving projects toward successful completion.
