Caleb Park

A spiritual leader, mentor, and community builder within Liberty University’s residential community. Working alongside Resident Assistants (RAs) and Residence Life staff, the Resident Shepherd provides intentional discipleship, biblical guidance, and pastoral care to students. This position exists to foster a Christ-centered environment that encourages spiritual growth, personal integrity, and community accountability in alignment with the mission and values of Liberty University.

Managed team members and organized production for parts of camp. Learned to do message prep and delivery.

In charge of all student volunteers and creating a curriculum for them to follow. Also led a team time discussion meeting weekly with volunteers.
