Caleb Johnson

As the owner of CR3 American Exteriors, I lead a locally owned and operated roofing company that serves all of West TN. I have a passion for excellence and exteriors, and I strive to provide high-quality roofing solutions to our customers. I oversee all aspects of the business, from marketing and sales to operations and finance, and I leverage my direct sales skills to generate new leads and close deals. Prior to CR3, I owned and operated Elevate Roofing, another roofing company that I founded and grew for four years. I applied my business development skills to expand our market share, increase our revenue, and build a loyal customer base. I also developed and implemented strategies to improve our efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. I have a degree from Jackson State Community College, and I have honed my organizational leadership skills through my entrepreneurial experience in the roofing industry.
