• Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of 50+ associates in a 360,000 sq. ft. warehouse utilizing Locus Robotics. • Managed receiving, picking, packing, and shipping to 17 stores, as well as all e-commerce orders. • Interview, hire, train, and provide leadership, motivation, and development of workforce, including supervisors. • Provide necessary feedback, coaching, corrective actions and if needed, termination. • Interview candidates and make best selection based off candidate skill set. • Worked directly with shift leaders to ensure objectives and productivity goals were met. • Manage labor hours consistently hitting budgeted rates, utilizing Kronos, Citrix, WMS and Locus • Schedule associate labor hours based on customer budget requirements. • Improved direct function KPI’s, allowing for reduction in labor hours. • Managed Service Level Agreement regarding Inbound/Outbound e-commerce and retail using WMS, LMS, Citrix and Power BI. • Managed tracking, provide reviews of employee performance on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. • Implemented a classroom training program and created work instructions to help streamline operations across all shifts. • Communicate with carriers verified and monitored scheduling, resolved logistical issues. Tracked inbound shipments from port. • Responsible for order waving utilizing Manhattan, daily reports utilizing Excel, labor planning, prepared LSW’s for new employees and employees that struggled with time management. • Daily communication with the customer (Patagonia) to ensure all their unique demands were met. • Inventory Slotting utilizing a Heat Map to ensure accuracy • Oversaw all IC/QC Department operations, as well as forklift operators. • Oversaw all slotting processes, utilizing heat maps and projected sales from Customer (Patagonia). • Created Quick Work instructions as a Cost Time Savings Initiative, in both English and Spanish to reduce error at packing stations saving product and time.
