Performed testing and maintenance on Esri web courses against new software releases -Edited and resolved course maintenance issues using a learning content management system -Beta tested Esri’s first MOOC (“Going Places with Spatial Analysis”) utilizing ArcGIS Online and provided detailed feedback and recommendations -Created Story Maps to assist new employees within Training Services
