👋🏻Hello! My name is Caitlin, a recent graduate of Cal Poly Pomona who studied Business Administration, specializing in Marketing Management. I am currently seeking roles where I can leverage my creativity and problem-solving abilities to drive impactful digital marketing and project management initiatives. During my time at Cal Poly Pomona, I developed a strong foundation in marketing principles, analytics, and strategic planning. My coursework and hands-on projects provided me with a solid understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and integrated marketing communications. I also had the opportunity to work on several team projects where I honed my leadership and collaborative skills. My passion for digital and brand marketing was ignited when I founded Raising Clarity, my small jewelry business, in 2020. Building and expanding Raising Clarity was a transformative experience that taught me invaluable skills. I mastered the art of managing social media campaigns, creating compelling content, collaborating with influencers, sourcing and crafting unique jewelry products. This venture not only honed my marketing expertise but also strengthened my entrepreneurial spirit and strategic thinking. Through this journey, I developed a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of customer engagement, and the ability to adapt to ever-changing trends.
