● Assisting CMO and Sr. Producers with Marketing Decks & Pitch Decks (Design, copywriting, layout etc) ● Communication with project Producer, Creative Director & the rest of the Production Team to help projects run smoothly ● Assisting Producer and Creative Director with client & crew communication during project ● Assisting with pre-production activities (location scouting, casting, creative concept & script development) under direct supervision of Producer & Creative Director ● Coordinate travel & accommodation for cast & crew ● Planning, scheduling & executing production activities with support from project Producer and/or Creative Director. This includes maintaining & updating project files. ● Assisting the Production team on production days with support tasks. Tasks could include crew meals, company move logistics, location details, talent handling, and expense tracking. Has a clear understanding of overall run-of-show and who key stakeholders are on set to help streamline solutions, with support from main producers. ● Purchasing & organizing Props and Wardrobe Supplies (including crafty). Performing pick-ups for gear, equipment, props, crafty, & wardrobe as needed. ● Provide assistance & support to Producer & Creative Director (help lighten workload as needed) ● Internship Coordinator: interviews & selects talent for company internships, with support from management. Provides day-to-day support and training for interns, including providing task lists, answering basic questions, and scheduling, with support from the management team.

Maintain projectors, schedule films, organize playlists and bookings, troubleshoot software programs that run projection, troubleshoot mechanical failure of the projector, contact distribution about film/trailers, on-call AV for events

Answer phones, sell/take tickets, clean theaters, box office customer service, make barista drinks, sell and serve food/drink
