~ Developed and CAD an aluminum shock and vibration test fixture for a component, iterated based on structural and stress FEA analyses, and drafted GD&T engineering drawings for manufacturing. ~ Proposed and completed a MATLAB coding project that completely automated parsing test data and exporting results, eliminating manual interaction with data collection. ~ Redlined 60 engineering drawings between previous and new parts vendor to identify sources of component underperformance. Highlighted 100+ deltas, documented all differences on Excel, and presented findings in weekly team tag-ups.

~ Developed and built an autonomous control unit for an existing crimping machine to be used in product production. Eliminated manual operation of machine and increased throughput and consistency. ~ Created the machine's EQ documentation for process validation.

~ Led and engaged 70+ kids in all-day sporting activities Monday through Friday.

~ 300+ additional hours of hands-on STEM lessons and design challenges every year ~ Through visits from industry professionals and weekly meetings for science fairs/robotics, I’ve developed team leadership and technical skills for my career in mechanical engineering
