Caitlin McLaughlin

A certified Human Resources professional with a Graduate Certificate from Cambrian College. I also completed Business 101, Women’s Studies, and Communication courses at Wilfred Laurier University to further my education as well as currently completing Indigenous Canada course through University of Alberta. I have proudly worked at Emcon Services Inc for just shy of 7 years as their Human Resources Coordinator for their Ontario operations. I oversaw and/or was directly involved with all aspects of the Human Resources requirements of the Highway Maintenance industry. I am currently the Human Resources Officer at Dr. Clean Inc., where I provide comprehensive HR support to management and employees across all levels of the organization. My role involves overseeing recruitment and onboarding, policy development and compliance, performance management, employee relations, and workplace investigations. I work closely with leadership to ensure alignment between company goals and employee engagement, fostering a positive, compliant, and productive workplace culture. I take pride in creating fair, transparent processes and in providing employees with the tools and guidance they need to succeed. With a focus on both people and performance, I aim to strengthen the connection between business strategy and employee well-being.
