As a registered Art Psychotherapist, I’m passionate about supporting individuals navigating the complexities of mental health, neurodivergence, trauma, and life’s many transitions. I advocate for inclusive, compassionate, and client-centred care, bringing creativity, empathy, and a person-centred lens to every space I work in; valuing authenticity, curiosity, and connection. Currently based at Northpark Private Hospital, I facilitate evidence-based art therapy groups across acute inpatient and outpatient settings—including the Adult Psychiatric Unit, Older Persons Unit, and Day Program—drawing on DBT, ACT, and CBT frameworks. My style blends structured psychoeducational content with creative freedom, balancing reflection and playfulness to meet each group’s unique needs. Whether guiding themes around identity and emotional regulation or creating space for imaginative expression, I aim to foster safety, joy, and inner harmony. Prior to working in mental health, I spent over a decade in customer-facing roles, developing strong skills in communication, empathy, and team collaboration—foundations that continue to shape my clinical practice. I’m also a practicing artist with a strong foundation in sculpture and a passion for exploring diverse creative modalities. This ongoing artistic practice enriches the depth, flexibility, and authenticity I bring to therapeutic work—with a deep belief in art’s power to transform and connect.
