Caitlin Grey is the Founder and CEO of Pure Light Botanical Beauty, a cosmetics brand she developed from the ground up, combining her passion for health, beauty, and sustainable innovation. Launching her first business at 21, Caitlin officially founded Pure Light Botanical Beauty on December 12, 2022, and launched the brand in October 2023, bringing her own line of cosmetics to market with a focus on quality, sustainability, and transformative self-care. Originally aspiring to become a nurse, and naturopathic doctor, Caitlin forged her own entrepreneurial path, learning cosmetic formulation, business, manufacturing, and brand development on the fly. She has successfully built a team, developed infrastructure, and launched her own lab, all while securing non-dilutive funding and pitching awards despite having no formal business experience. Beyond business, Caitlin is deeply committed to mentorship and community engagement, uplifting women and empowering survivors. She shares her expertise through social media mentorship, community talks on women’s entrepreneurship, wellness, and guidance on integrating AI in business. Her efforts emphasize fostering growth, supporting emerging talent, and connecting with her local and global community. Under Caitlin’s leadership, Pure Light Botanical Beauty is expanding internationally through e-commerce, continuing to grow while maintaining its core mission of ethical, high-quality, and sustainable beauty products.
