Manage design projects from conception to delivery, ensuring that quality standards are maintained at all ends; Design the layout of the company's products, with intuitive and innovative user interfaces, such as packaging materials, POS materials and pieces for social networks, ensuring an excellent user experience; Monitor and improve packaging development processes; develop and review the final artwork respecting local legislation, monitoring the production of packaging materials with suppliers, considering the different printing processes, color, layout and types of packaging materials; Improve products, through desk research, bringing solutions for usability and consumer experience with graphic interfaces, with the collection of qualitative and quantitative data, so that prototypes are developed and possible changes are applied; Facilitate design thinking workshops, design sprints and ideation sessions; Work collaboratively with other designers, regulatory affairs, R&D, product and trade marketing managers and diverse stakeholders to ensure cohesion and alignment in design solutions.

Ensure consistency and maintenance of the company's visual identity in all materials; Develop and create impactful, high-quality graphic pieces for internal and external communication; Collaborate strategically with marketing team to develop advertising campaigns, branding projects and initiatives that strengthen the brand's presence; Work with design guidelines and visual trends to enhance the brand's visual experience; Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute innovative ideas for digital and print pieces.
