As a Human Resources Specialist at Şok Markets i lead HR functions for 3 cities, 200 stores and approximately a thousand employees. Şok Market is one of the biggest retail companies in Turkiye. It was a real challenge and I learned so much. Additionally, gaining hands-on experience with SAP HR has been a key milestone in my technical expertise.

The first job opportunity. It was a great period of learning and growing in HR. My first journey which started as an assistant specialist was completed as a junior specialist. Özak is one of the famous textile producers. At my factory one thousand people were working. Great experience and beginning passion of HR.

More than everything. Not only school but also managing and including communities. Improving personal skills and people relations.
