• Overall authority for the financial operation of the organization, budget preparation and administration, audit, taxation, accounting, monthly closing of books of record, accounts reconciliation. • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports and financial statements summarizing and forecasting company’s business activities and financial position in areas of income, expenses and earnings based on past, present and expected operations. • Preparation of MIS for Management Dashboard including analytical review of profitability • Responsible for meeting funding requirement for all projects undertaken along with liaisoning with banks and financial institution. • Responsible for planning and compliance with direct and indirect tax along with all the assessment procedure and audits. • Responsible for compliance with ROC along with all secretarial formalities of a private company • Leading entire team of finance and accounts department i.e., accounting, treasury and taxation for the company. • Preparation of cash flow statement of all projects for analyzing working capital requirement. • Performing detailed analysis for accounting of revenue recognition of all projects and its tax implications • Ensured implementation of processes across finance department for enhanced internal control. • Actively involved in the Committee for Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of the Company for all its projects.
