As the finance lead for the IPO, I was responsible for preparing IND AS-compliant financial statements, coordinating with SEBI, merchant bankers, auditors, and legal advisors, and ensuring all regulatory disclosures and filings met listing requirements. Beyond the IPO, I managed end-to-end finance operations including quarterly closings, Direct & Indirect Taxation, MIS reporting, fund management, and internal financial controls — ensuring the company was investor-ready and compliance-sound throughout its transition to a listed entity.
