Chartered Accountant and CFA Level III candidate, currently pursuing a Master’s in Finance at the Gies College of Business, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. I bring a strong foundation in transaction advisory, financial modeling, and valuation, with hands-on experience across investment banking, search funds, and assurance services. At Ravinia Capital, I supported live M&A transactions by building 3-statement financial models, preparing confidential information memoranda (CIMs), conducting buyer research, and assisting in outreach across various sectors. During my internship with New Moon Growth Partners, a U.S.-based search fund, I conducted detailed industry research, screened lower-middle-market companies, and drafted investment memos with actionable recommendations to support IOI decisions. Earlier in my career, I trained at Bansi S. Mehta & Co., a leading chartered accountancy firm in India. There, I worked on statutory audits, tax audits, internal financial controls, and financial due diligence engagements for clients across real estate, fintech, FMCG, retail, and SEZ sectors. I also played a key role in optimizing working capital structures and assisting clients in securing multimillion-dollar financing for infrastructure projects. I enjoy working at the intersection of finance, strategy, and execution, whether evaluating acquisition targets, analyzing capital efficiency, or uncovering value through data-driven insights.
