I am a qualified Chartered Accountant with comprehensive experience across statutory audits, financial reporting, ICFR, taxation, and compliance. Through my work at PKF Sridhar & Santhanam LLP, I have gained hands-on exposure to end-to-end audit execution, financial analysis, and process reviews across industries such as airlines, quick commerce, NBFCs, hospitality, textiles, and insurance. During my articleship and current role, I have independently handled several high-impact engagements, including Limited Reviews, Statutory Audits, ICFR testing, ERM reviews, tax audits, and financial statement preparation. I have worked with companies ranging from high-growth startups to large listed entities with turnovers between ₹5,000–₹8,000 crores. Some of my key experiences include: • Conducting Limited Review, Statutory Audit, and ICFR testing for a leading airline company—covering fuel expenses, airport charges, trade payables, GST, CARO-2020, and Schedule III compliance, and recomputing costs of ₹3,200 Cr. • Leading audit procedures for a quick-commerce company (₹8,000 Cr turnover), including warehouse visits, DC audits, and stock verification. • Performing ECL testing, branch reviews, and borrowings verification during Limited Review of an NBFC. • Executing due diligence for a construction company as part of a purchase transaction. • Conducting ERM review for a listed sugar, ethanol & power company. • Reconciling financial statements prepared under Ind AS and IFRS for management reporting. • Preparing financial statements under Schedule III for a hospitality entity.   I am passionate about finance, audits, compliance, and risk management, and I aim to contribute meaningfully to organizations that value quality, integrity, and continuous improvement.
