• Oversees the achievement of standard and non-standard contracts/projects. Coordinates efforts to achieve the goals of the various projects. • Coordinates efforts with ownership, various departments and project staff to formulate appropriate tools, processes, and methodologies. • Manages proposals for government contracts in accordance with FAR and DFAR compliance including subcontractor requirements. • Ensures cradle to grave documentation and management of all efforts for classified programs. • Manages the finances of the projects to ensure we come in on or under the planned budget to ensure government clients are getting the best product at the best price. • Manages the Environmental, Health and Safety department for a company of 300+ people in a 450K square foot facility on over 100 acres.

• Ensured personnel and management performed their jobs to the standards set within the Quality Management plan for projects on the chemical depot and in accordance with USACE authorized work plans. • Stepped into the operations and impacted the quality section by implementing a tracking system for the placement and logging of metallic items placed within the working grids. • Scheduled all personnel, equipment, and stores activities in the QC Database so that resources were always available to meet customer requirements. • Mentored and trained assigned staff by maintaining quality testing calendar and communication with all parties involved.

• Managed the day to day operations of assigned instructors for the development of local national workforce into safe and effective explosive search personnel under US Department of State Contract in Iraq. • Managed the day to day operations of approximately 200 personal including staffing, hiring, scheduling leaves and breaks and monitoring and controlling various budgets. • Authored white papers, opinions and technical documents for the US Department of State; managed several subcontractors to ensure staffing and budgeting met with the needs of the contract under cost. • Led a team taking care of bombs and improvised explosive devices in order to allow dislocated peoples to once again return to their homes and start the process of rebuilding. • Worked as team leader on the contract in Iraq and discovered those that had initially been hired to set-up and run the contract were just out of the military. • Relocated operations to a more effective location closer to the worksite that involved cost analysis, risk assessments, logistical considerations, security evaluations, and the gains in amount of work. • Set forward to moving out of the team leader role and moved up to be the Operations Manager for the north of Iraq.

• Led bidding projects and sourcing vendors/supplies to meet the demands of international defense sales, primarily in the Middle East market including automatic weapons, night vision, armored vehicles, ammunition and non-standard ammo, etc. • Spent hundreds of hours calling across the globe source items and materials as needed to properly meet bid requirements and the needs of the clients. • Interfaced with various Ministers of Defense within the region such as Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kurdistan, Bahrain, and Kuwait. • Identified needs and project budgets by attending various shows such as SHOT, SOFEX, IDEX, and AUSA with the clients.

Responsible for QA/QC of documents and processes for MMRP and environmental operations within KEMRON across the globe. Manages field QA/QC teams and ensures documentation is complete and work plans are followed. Conducts spot audits as needed on work sites of the field management team.

Manages all aspects of Safety in accordance with COE and OSHA guidelines and acts as the backup site manager/SUXOS for the project.

Developed clientele, bid contracts and managed operations involving supply chain management, logistics and international shipping for clients in both the government sector as well as humanitarian operations worldwide.

• Team Leader on the US Embassy Baghdad for EOD response in the International Zone (IZ)/Green Zone. • Responds to, renders safe and exploits intelligence from improvised explosive devices (IED) on Chief of Mission (COM) property in Baghdad, Iraq. • Responds to, renders safe and exploits intelligence on indirect fire landing on COM property. • Provides classes and briefings to DOS assets and contractors working in support of COM in Baghdad, Iraq. • Maintains and stores 1 Million dollars in gear and equipment.

Works as the team leader of 7 individuals in area preparation and area clearance of dangerous unexploded ordnance on currently active Marine Corp ranges in Okinawa, Japan.
