MY WORK EXPERIENCE 08/2018 – 10/2025 & 09/2012 – 05/2017 EUROPEAN PLASTICS WINDOW COMPANY LTD. A leading Vietnamese manufacturer founded in 2002, specializing in European-standard doors, windows, façade systems, automatic doors, and high-end building materials for residential and landmark projects nationwide Product Specialist, R&D Engineer – Doors, windows, automatic products and smart home Duties:  My responsibilities included researching and developing new door systems, new technologies of doors and improving the quality of the current door systems: all kinds of automatic doors, automatic hardware and some construction materials (glass, fireproof materials). In 2024, I was the project manager for the deployment of the smart glass production line.  In the process of development, I usually find, contact & discuss with many foreign suppliers (from China, Europe, Taiwan...) to research new high-end modern products, new hardware, materials. So I'm pretty proficient in communication and coordination with foreign partners by email & chat in a professional manner.  I sometimes attend seminars with the architect firms about new trends and green trends in the door industry. I'm also the internal trainer in the company, where I regularly train sales and technical teams on new products.  I'm also in-charge of the testing new products for our R&D Department. So I am familiar with testing procedures, labs, Vietnam standards and International standards.  I participated directly in some big projects: From 2014 to 2015, I worked at the National Assembly Hall project (Hanoi, Vietnam) as technical manager on-site for the fire and smoke curtains and Schueco façade automation system. In 2016, I spent 8 months as site manager for the package of aluminum windows and doors, curtain wall and glass roof at Vietcombank tower at Lac Long Quan Street, West Lake, Hanoi.  Projects involved: – The National Assembly Hall project (Hanoi, Vietnam) (2014) – Vietcombank tower at Lac Long Quan Street, West Lake, Hanoi (2016) – The smart glass production line (2024) – The fireproof glass production line (2025)  Stakeholder/network: – Many international suppliers and partners, especially the Chinese companies in door and window field (over 20). – Leading research institutes and laboratories for building materials and fenestration systems in Hanoi (IBST, VIBM). – All department in company (Sale department, CCU, Factory, Installation division, Finance).
