THINGS OF INTEREST As a Deputy Head and take responsible for the entire operation of the Department, I grew through each project and learned a lot from the people I have worked with. I appreciate what the "teachers" at the organization taught me to grow up. With the "make-it-come-true" ability, having experienced and accompanied through many leadership generations, I understand and admire the dedication, contribution value and concept of happiness at work. For me, happiness is to see the progress and to feel the increasing value of my colleagues' contributions to my organization.
