1. Booking the Export shipments based on the shipping schedule from SMV and arrange vessel and trucking with vendors for SMV. 2. Checking export documents (Sea-FCL, Sea-LCL, Domestics, Air, bonded warehouse (SAS, CM, DP) from the suppliers and making Debit note for SMV (3 BU) in weekly. 3. Control operations when receiving orders from the Sales dept., arrange the delivery plan, booking transportation, and control inventory to ensure the goods meet the requirement of time, quantity, quality but in safe stock and costing control. 2. Make a delivery plan, control the shipping schedule to ensure the material is enough for production as required by the Purchasing department or plan for the finished goods to outside warehouse. 3. Contact with Logistics Company (warehouse and transportation), have discussion, instruction, meeting, training for better method quarterly, yearly to keep the smooth operation when arising any incident. 4.
