organize the maintenance activities performed by 5 teams with a staff of 35 persons (enginneers, operators and tehnicians) - assure on-track performance of electrical installations, Cold Plant, Boilers Room, Waste Water Treatment Plant, compressed air network and gas instalations - monitoring KPIs for utilities and execute measures for reduction of consumes - implementation of energy efficiency programs and energy audits - supervising the external suppliers during repairs, construction or maintenance works at offices, plant and other areas - prepare investment projects for approval (summary, financial budgeting, analysis of offers) - monthly update the budget for utilities sectors and review of on-going costs buildings repairs and improvements - annual reporting tasks for ANRE / Energy Minister

Additional activities versus previous job: - investments area: preparation of CAPEX, follow-up Cash-Flow, negotiation of offers and contracts, implementation and works schedule, reception and warrants/ service activity, reports to Board - manager of maintenance for Precast Section: follow-up monthly budget, schedueling regular repair works and also planning and supervising Shut Down capital repairs, supervising third party works, mechanical workshop and exchange parts aquisition;

management of fixed assets (sales, disposal, accuracy in landbooks and accounting), - negotiation of all utilities contracts at group level (gas, energy, water, LPG, telecom), - keep tracks of the budget on energy consumes and maintenance costs, - supervising works performed by third parties for A/C systems, electrical engines and PRAM checks, - achieving annual costs cut down program.
