Managing, responding to and supporting customers’ requirements. 4. Managing administration, such as orders, contracts and export documents. 5. Arrange the transport of goods and the collection of payments.

• Prepare Documents and Manage Documents systematically. • Prepare the reports such as minutes of a meeting or statistical reports for effective business analysis. • Key data documents. • Manage document control, document distribution, and internal audit. • Purchasing various office supplies on a list and finding a new supplier to purchase office supplies or as assigned. • Manage stock and requisition from each department. • Respond to emails with both domestic and international customers.

- Produce products or equipment for assembling products according to the orders from supervisors with efficiency and reach customer satisfaction - Check the accuracy of the amount of material to produce the product received from the warehouse according to the Bill of Material (BOM). - Preliminary checking with the products or equipment for assembling, such as testing the system of the products. - Prepare the Goods Issued according to the Bill of Material (BOM). - Prepare the Goods Received and deliver the complete products to the warehouse. - Deliver the documents, such as Goods Issued and Goods received to coordinate between the Production department and the Store.
