Debt Capital Markets Origination: -Prepared pitching materials, including request for proposal, market updates, pipelines, transaction highlights, pricing comparable, ratings, and term sheets, for China Sovereign Owned Enterprises and Hong Kong Blue Chip clients -Worked closely with the issuers and bond syndicate to execute both investment grade and high yield bond issues Equity Structured Product Sales: -Sent out pricings, booked and executed the trades for internal corporate clients and private banking arms -Obtained approval on term sheets on new products from structuring and compliance departments -Supported the sales team in daily morning run, market update, product pricing, booking and credit limits Commodity Traders and Agribusiness: -Calculated credit scoring and prepared business credit applications for setting up account opening and credit facility for China clients in metal and mining -Participated in advising clients to set up offshore trading arms with banking facilities and guarantees or comfort letters from onshore parent entity. -Assisted relationship managers in handling client requests and credit applications Structured Credit and Cash Operation: -Visited clients’ operation and factories and reviewed the quarterly or annual credit application renewals from the relationship managers -Prepared weekly and monthly internal reports on capital utilization, industry and country exposure and regional risk profiles
