As a CFO and member of the Executive Committee, I have led cross-functional teams in Strategic Planning, Finance, Controlling/FP&A, IS&T, Legal, Tax, and General Services. I take pride in my main achievements: • Spearheaded the development and management of a robust finance and administrative organization, resulting in a remarkable doubling of worldwide sales in just 4 years. • Transformed strategic planning, budget processes, and management control, ensuring effective P&L and cash flow management. • Implemented comprehensive financial and business process enhancements to fortify the business model, encompassing retail pricing, standard manufacturing costs, KPIs, and new product initiatives. • Successfully orchestrated the transition from distributors to owned subsidiaries or joint ventures, partnering with industry leaders such as Chalhoub Group and Luxasia. • Pioneered the establishment of new distribution channels, including Travel Retail, over 110 free-standing stores globally, and an e-commerce platform. • Drove the seamless transition to a new ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics), spearheaded infrastructure upgrades, and facilitated the development of cutting-edge front-office tools.

Deliver to LVMH Top Management the synthetic and analytic vision of 12 Perfumes & Cosmetics brands performance within the competitive landscape. Main achievements: > Monthly analysis of Sales, P&L and cash flows, > Support and advice the Managing Director of P&C Division in monthly business reviews, Budget and Strategic Plan meetings, > Prepare and animate monthly Presidents & CEOs liaison meeting, > Organize the CAPEX control, mainly on industrial projects and boutique openings, > Run brands valuation & impairment (portfolio of 12 brands) on a yearly basis, > Develop and infuse industry expertise within LVMH Group through market & competition surveys.

Supervision of administrative functions (Finance, IS&T, Legal, Tax and Internal Control) in Asia Pacific, comprising 9 Shared Service Centers, 1 regional Finance & Operations Hub in Singapore and a factory in Shanghai, supporting the business of 12 brands.

Regional Finance & Operations Hub for Asia Pacific Member of the team which created the Asia Pacific Finance & Operations platform in Singapore supporting the business of Dior, Guerlain and Benefit Cosmetics (local markets and Travel Retail). Management of 30 staff. Up to 300 M€ invoicing hub towards Asian subsidiaries, Travel Retail operators and Agents. Roll out of SAP, accounting, controlling, treasury management, FX hedging.

Creation of a 3 persons team aiming at monitoring LVMH Group cash-flows through treasury flows. Development of a web-based reporting system, roll out and training in all LVMH Group legal entities (more than 400). Reporting and analysis of treasury positions, actual cash flows by nature, 6 months forecasts. Monitoring of Group global relationship with banks, F/X exposure, bank notations. Involved in the bank card fees negotiation with main card issuers (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB).

Creation of the internal control team dedicated to Forex and Debt hedging activities (management: 3 persons).

Audit missions mainly in Banks, Insurance and Financial Institutions, and in various industries (heavy industry, consumer goods, wineries, shipyards). Occasional special missions in M&A and consulting. Additionally, development of a transversal expertise in digitalizing the audit process (TeamMate software). Involvement in training and recruitment.
