In this role, I manage end-to-end purchasing and sourcing activities to ensure the uninterrupted flow of operations within a mining and production environment. My responsibilities include identifying material requirements in coordination with technical and maintenance teams, evaluating suitable products based on defined quality standards, and conducting market research to source the most cost-effective and reliable suppliers. I actively perform supplier benchmarking by collecting and analyzing multiple quotations, monitoring market price trends, and negotiating to achieve optimal pricing, lead times, and commercial terms. Following management approval, I execute purchasing processes and closely track order progress to ensure timely delivery. Upon delivery, I coordinate material verification processes including brand, specification, and quantity control, ensuring compliance with operational requirements. Depending on urgency, I organize direct site dispatch or warehouse stocking to maintain both critical availability and inventory balance. Additionally, I manage ERP-based transaction processes, including goods receipt and documentation, ensuring procurement records are accurate, traceable, and aligned with internal procedures. Through this role, I contribute to cost optimization, supplier reliability, and operational continuity by combining analytical sourcing with hands-on purchasing execution.

At the early stage of my career, I was responsible for managing warehouse operations to support the continuous flow of materials required for production and field activities. In this role, I coordinated goods receipt processes, performed quantity and compliance checks for incoming materials, and maintained accurate and traceable stock records through the ERP system. I ensured that warehouse layout and organization supported operational efficiency while enabling fast and reliable material handling. By closely monitoring inventory levels, I maintained availability of critical items and helped minimize excess stock and idle materials. I worked in coordination with site teams to respond to urgent demands, organizing material preparation and dispatch to sustain uninterrupted operations. I also supported inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, verification activities, and record control processes, contributing to improved traceability and warehouse discipline. This experience provided me with a strong operational foundation in supply chain management and a clear understanding of how effective inventory control directly impacts procurement, cost management, and overall operational performance.

Uluslararası Ticaret ve Lojistik Yönetimi lisans eğitimim süresince; küresel ticaret süreçleri, tedarik zinciri yönetimi, lojistik operasyonları ve dış ticaret mevzuatı üzerine teorik ve uygulamaya yönelik kapsamlı bilgi edindim. Eğitimim boyunca ithalat–ihracat süreçleri, satın alma yönetimi, taşıma sistemleri, depolama ve envanter planlama, maliyet analizi ve operasyonel verimlilik konularında analitik bakış açısı geliştirdim. Bu disiplinler arası eğitim; uluslararası pazarlarda rekabet, doğru tedarikçi yönetimi, sürdürülebilir lojistik çözümleri ve süreç optimizasyonu konularında profesyonel iş hayatıma güçlü bir altyapı sağlamıştır.
