Responsible for the whole group companies purchasing activities which includes automotive, die making, energy, waste recycling, panel radiators, aerospace and defense industries, in Turkey, China and Russia. Member of Holding Steering Committee, reporting directly to CEO and Board Members. - Established central purchasing system between 12 companies of the Holding, successfully standardized in 6 months. - Managing 350 m€/year purchasing turnover and 25 highly skilled members in all grades, both located in the Holding headquarters and in the plants. - Restructured, improved and standardized whole purchasing procedures, SAP system modules, contract management, code of conduct, strategies, approval process and procedures, etc… - Managed to realize approx. 8-10% cost reduction each year. - Founder of the idea and leading partner in x-companies central purchasing activity in TAYSAD. - Honor member of Turkey Purchasing Managers Association High Advisory Board. - Supporting CEO and Board Members in investment decisions both in existing working schemes or in totally new industries.

- In charge of Pan-European plastics & trim commodities. - Building commodity and supplier strategies, leading sourcing (supplier selection and price agreements), cost reduction, member development activities, ensuring good communications with suppliers and cross-divisional functions, representing company in external organisations such as Turkish Automotive Industry Association. - Managing 170 m€ yearly purchasing turnover by leading excellently skilled professional buying team of 7 members. - Responsible of 300+ injection / blow moulding and EPP commodities and 60+ suppliers located mainly at various European countries and Turkey for all PAN-EU Toyota plants in Turkey, France, UK, South Africa and Russia.
