I work on artificial intelligence development projects at Outlier. I provide AI solutions for chatbot development and code optimization in languages such as Java, Python, HTML, and CSS

I intensively carried out the field installations of IP telephone switchboard installation, access point, switch and other network devices. In this process, I took an active role in the installation, configuration, cabling and commissioning of the devices. also carried out regular checks of backup systems and intervened when necessary. I made on-site interventions to solve end-user problems in the ticket system and ensured that problems were resolved quickly by taking a field-oriented approach.

I actively participated in assisting newly enrolled students during their transition period at the university, providing valuable support to facilitate their adaptation process.
