Responsible as Senior Project Manager to generate the decarbonization solutions through Energy as a Service (EaaS) scheme to facilitate the sustainable goals for clients across Thailand and Southeast Asia. Key responsibilities encompass client engagement with diverse sectors such as hotels, industrial facilities, and F&B industries. Preparation of energy analysis, plant H&M balance & GHG calculations as technical modelling, OPEX & CAPEX estimations, and P&L analysis.

Development phase responsibilities – Comprehensive responsible for Basic design package, RFPs, EHIA’s technical documents, planning, expediting, reviewing, clarification, tabulation, evaluation, meetings, and technical reports. Optimization to reduce CAPEX effectively (engineering codes, materials, H&M balance, water balance, plant layout, piping & rack routing, cable routing, fabrication strategy, AVL, etc.).

Development phase responsibilities – Comprehensive responsible for Basic design package, RFPs, EHIA’s technical documents, planning, expediting, reviewing, clarification, tabulation, evaluation, meetings, and technical reports. Optimization to reduce CAPEX effectively (engineering codes, materials, H&M balance, water balance, plant layout, piping & rack routing, cable routing, fabrication strategy, AVL, etc.). Execution phase (CAPEX delivery) responsibilities – Comprehensive responsible for Detailed design package, planning, expediting, reviewing, tracking, clarification & advisory. Conducted technical meetings (technical progress, HAZOP, clarification, evaluation, safety, etc.), shop & site inspection, technical & evidence reports. Prepared return experience records, warranty period monitoring, and performed permitting with third parties & authorities (CSR, EIA, PEA, ERC, DIW, IEAT, DEDE, etc.) for plant construction until COD. I was working to lead the biomass power plant renovation and execution. My responsibilities included developing, controlling, and driving the renovation project team through all phases: planning, surveying, investigation, estimation, proposal, RFP, bidding, engineering design, project execution management, cost control, and coordinating with local authorities for COD. I was working to explore the local market for the plant engineering services for fluidized bed boiler plants, Waste to Energy plants, and pressure part modifications for various regional clients. Key Projects: • CFB 260 T/H, SCG Wangsala, Kanchanaburi, Thailand - Project Engineering Coordinator for BOP Piping engineering. • Inter Pacific Paper via Agon Pacific, Prachinburi, Thailand – Technical Manager for whole plant steam and condensate piping system. • Elite Kraft Paper via Agon Pacific, Prachinburi, Thailand - Project Engineering Coordinator for site investigation and as-built CFB Power plant’s P&ID. • DMCI Power station, Calaca, Philippine - Project Engineering Coordinator for site investigation and trouble shooting report for CFB Boiler 2*135 MWe. • GLOW CFB #3 Rayong, Thailand - Project engineering coordinator for Feasibility study in Bottom ash recycling system.

I was working to perform the detailed engineering drawings, site inspection as well as technical advisory for CFB boiler plants. I was working to lead and manage the engineering team for various thermal projects, including EPCM Biomass power plants in Cambodia, BFB & PC boiler modification projects, ERK boiler projects, FPSO marine boiler projects, waste heat boiler projects, HRSG projects, workshop inspections, and site supervisions.
