As an active member of the project team for DPW Yarimca (a green project to build & operate a state of art container terminal from the ground) I have served as a super-user for system implementations, - Gate automation system - Vehicle Appointment System (VAS) - Dalosy : To prevent bottlenecks at the gates and to reduce Truck Turnaround Time (TTT) under 40 minutes per transaction. - Terminal Operating System - ZODIAC : In-house TOS developed by DPW, Yarimca was selected as the pilot to implement this system. DPW Terminals around the globe are being migrated to ZODIAC - Warehouse Management System - WMS : In-house WMS module developed with ZODIAC to manage bonded warehouse and LTL Warehouse activities in the terminal. -Act as a liaison between Customs Officials and terminal management - Managed day to day CFS operations; - 120k TEU stripping & stuffing and 50k TEU Custom inspections (annually) - LCL Import bonded warehouse management (6.000 sqm / 1500 EU pallet capacity) - 30 – 60 blue collar, 10 white collar staff

- P&L responsibility : Over 1m USD annual budget - Supervising warehouse operations for various industrial customers (Ford, Samsung, Ariston Thermo) - Collaborated with senior management to develop continuous improvement methodology in key areas of service, profit, and growth. - Production planning for suppliers to make sure the DKD operation is running on minimum stock levels (JIT) - Procurement of packaging materials for DKD operation - Balanced staffing requirements, work hours, and vacations to coordinate employee schedules. - Led with positive approach and dedication to customer satisfaction and associate growth through mentorship.

Vessel load / discharge operations for Neptune Lines' ro-ro’s in Kocaeli Evyap Port and Port of Derince. Monitoring / supervising the operation to make sure that the cargo is loaded aligned with the cargo plan.
